Shipping Policy

Our items will be shipped by reputable carriers. We can offer Royal Mail Special Delivery and APC on next day delivery or timed deliveries as required. These are subject to busy periods, misrouted parcels or strike action within their companies. All items sent on a guaranteed signed for delivery. We can send First Class Royal Mail but are not accountable for lost parcels and is only sent on customer request.

Return & Exchange Policy

Stock items are returnable subject to items not being used and quantities correct within 7 working days from date of delivery.

Incorrectly ordered stock items can be returned subject to a 15% handling charge plus carriage.

Specially purchased items are subject to manufactures returns policy.

However specially made items are non returnable.

All items must be agreed before returning.
